- The latest firmware brings some good features but the glitch being experienced with the LRF PiP alignment is not acceptable
- Love the concept of this. Was able to install my first rifle profile with no problems. The second profile not so much. It won't let me save the zeroed yardage I use on the scope profile. It keeps changing it back to 109 yds. The library profile is correct, but even when I try to replace the profile on the scope it keeps reverting the zeroed yardage to 109 yds. Also the scope would not connect to the app at all the other day.
- The app worked fine for a while and then it stopped. No it just freezes as soon as it connects and you just get a still image.
- Mobile data must be turned off
- Helion 2 XP50 Pro crashes while using the  viewfinder.
- I just got a thermia and two and while trying to connect to the appI keep being asked for my password  Where do I get this password?
- Frustratingly unreliable. Sometimes I can connect, most of the time I can't. No problem with the WiFi connection, just the stupid app can't see anything, no matter what I do. XP50 Thermion 2 with a stack of videos I can't get access too.
- If you have an iPhone, you may need to turn off Cellular Data for the app to connect to the scope. After an hour or so resetting, removing and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, finally found a post to disable Cellular Data. Updating the firmware is challenging as wi-if is connected to the scope and cellular data is turned off, so there's no Internet. Hopefully they fix this dumb error soon!
- Brand new Trail 2 XP50. Does not connect. At all. Totally unable to update firmware. Very disappointing for$6k
- As near as I can tell everything works like it should. I can't get the firmware to update on my Helion 2 CQ 50. The original Stream Vision app I couldn't get my picture or videos to open on my phone. This one seams to work like it should. And able to adjust settings. Not complete if you can't update your firmware. Needs some work.
- My Thermion XP 50 would not connect to the original Ap and won't connect to version2 either. Terrible Ap.
- My xp50lrf manufactured in April 2020 is incompatible with this app and their old app is garbage. Please allow older scopes to use the newer app

Since updating my iPhone to the 16 Pro, my helion 2 will not connect to the stream vision 2 app at all. The app has been updated in the last few days and still fails. I’ve phoned Thomas jacks and they’re at a loss too. 
I’ve got £1500 device which doesn’t connect now, not happy at all. 
Maybe time to buy a different brand of thermal.
