Was able to install my first rifle profile with no problems. The second profile not so much. It won't let me save the zeroed yardage I use on the scope profile. It keeps changing it back to 109 yds. The library profile is correct, but even when I try to replace the profile on the scope it keeps reverting the zeroed yardage to 109 yds. Also the scope would not connect to the app at all the other day. - The app worked fine for a while and then it stopped. No it just freezes as soon as it connects and you just get a still image. - Mobile data must be turned off - Helion 2 XP50 Pro crashes while using the viewfinder. - I just got a thermia and two and while trying to connect to the appI keep being asked for my password Where do I get this password? - Frustratingly unreliable. Sometimes I can connect, most of the time I can't. No problem with the WiFi connection, just the stupid app can't see anything, no matter what I do. XP50 Thermion 2 with a stack of videos I can't get access too. - If you have an iPhone, you may need to turn off Cellular Data for the app to connect to the scope. After an hour or so resetting, removing and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, finally found a post to disable Cellular Data. Updating the firmware is challenging as wi-if is connected to the scope and cellular data is turned off, so there's no Internet. Hopefully they fix this dumb error soon! - Brand new Trail 2 XP50. Does not connect. At all. Totally unable to update firmware. Very disappointing for$6k - As near as I can tell everything works like it should. I can't get the firmware to update on my Helion 2 CQ 50. The original Stream Vision app I couldn't get my picture or videos to open on my phone. This one seams to work like it should. And able to adjust settings. Not complete if you can't update your firmware. Needs some work. - My Thermion XP 50 would not connect to the original Ap and won't connect to version2 either. Terrible Ap. - My xp50lrf manufactured in April 2020 is incompatible with this app and their old app is garbage. Just a big list of file names. That’s pretty pathetic. I can play or view photos and videos on a $300 action camera wirelessly, why not here? The app has been updated in the last few days and still fails. I’ve phoned Thomas jacks and they’re at a loss too. I’ve got £1500 device which doesn’t connect now, not happy at all. I have connected to my Krypton 2’s wi-fi network, I have turned off all other wi-fi networks around, I have done a factory reset, I have turned off cellular data, and I have deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing works. The app will not connect to my Krypton 2. I keep getting an error message saying I am not connected to my device’s network. That is incorrect. I tried going to “App Support” and it just takes me to the Yukon homepage. I literally just received my new Krypton 2 XG50 today. In the first version of the app, I would lose connectivity when downloading videos to my iPhone. Also, the viewfinder lagged by several seconds. The longer the viewfinder was on, the longer the lag time became, making viewfinder useless. I would have rated Streamvision 1 three stars at best. Streamvision 2 fixed all issues. Viewfinder doesn’t lag, connectivity is no longer an issue, plus the updated device controls are more intuitive. This app took care of pretty much all the things I had trouble with in the previous version.
