Won't save profiles and not even close to accurate

App worked great the first time I opened and used it. Set up a profile and slid the distance slider around to compare drop to other calculators. Since the first time, it hasn’t worked again, my aim correction point drops off the reticle at about 130 yards now. Deleted and reinstalled, same thing.

Every time i try and use the app all my content is back at what i assume is the default settings. It wont save what i change everything to. And yes, its up to date for the latest version. 1.2.1

App does not save ballistic profiles or sync / link with optic after numerous tries. Have to go in the app and constantly input ballistic data. It does not save even after changing settings. Familiar with kestrel / Sig Kilo ballistics this is not my first rodeo and this app / software blows

Please fix the aerodynamic jump. Please fix. The calculations are opposite of applied ballistics. With a 9 o’clock win, the bullet rises instead of falls. Same for a 3 o’clock it falls instead of rises.

I downloaded the app a week ago before my Thermion 2 LFR xp50 arrived and started inputting some of my data. I just received the scope )which is awesome looking) and the instructions say to make sure my device has the latest firmware version 3.0 or higher. The version I have says it is version 1.2.1(2) and I cannot find a 3.0 version. Where do I find this “3.0 or higher” version

Is this app compatible for samsung or just iphones ?asking for a mate with a samsung of course as hes had trouble bluetoothing this app to the scope
