You are greeted with an endless list of dates that are so hard to see. Everything is so cluttered. Clumsy design. Shocked and impressed. Somebody reached out from Streamfit about my comment. They shared the WHY behind their change. They took my feedback and added an enhancement that others from our box are loving. The customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend this comprehensive app! ### 5/5 — Literally the greatest! *2025-08-03* We’ve been an affiliate for almost 10 years. We’ve had (3) different software systems and there’s no better app than StreamFit. The user interface is simple, yet sophisticated. The performance tracking is so user friendly, everyone can easily understand the concept to use it. I cannot express enough how vital this app is to our gym and how it’s made my life and my coaches life easier. What really makes this app stand out is how well it combines workout performance tracking and nutrition tracking in one place. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and being able to log my meals and workouts all in one app has helped keep me consistent and accountable. The performance tracking is super detailed but easy to understand, and the nutrition logging has helped me stay on track with my goals. Thanks to Stream Fit, I’ve lost weight steadily over the last few months and feel stronger than ever. If you want an all-in-one tool that’s actually enjoyable to use, this is it! ### 5/5 — Make the Switch *2025-07-24* We just switched from PushPress & SugarWOD to StreamFit a few weeks ago. Their team is so knowledgeable and very responsive. We had some minor bumps while making the change (always happens with a system change) and they were right there to help us. Whether it was fixing something, implementing an idea we had, or showing us the way it was supposed to work and not the wrong way I was doing it. The owner responded while on family vacation! They never let us feel alone or ignored. I wish we would have made this change sooner! ### 5/5 — Gym Owner *2025-06-27, version 15.4* Recently transitioned over to StreamFit for our CrossFit gym. We have used both Wodify and Trib in the past. StreamFit’s willingness to expect feedback, suggestions and then their speed of implementation is unmatched and extremely appreciated!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Login issues *2026-07-04, version 19.8* My gym uses this app, and I’m listed as a coach, however when I went to gym finder to see what gyms would be available while traveling, I accidentally hit don’t allow on the location pop up instead of allow while using and now the app won’t allow me to log back in so I was unable to see coaching notes! Junk! I’ve deleted and reinstalled, tried on the browser, updated my phone and deleted and reinstalled and NOTHING ### 1/5 — Outdated *2026-06-11, version 19.4* My gym switched to this app, and it feels like a step backward. While it works, the design is dated, navigation is cluttered, and the overall experience isn’t as polished or intuitive as the previous app. Scheduling classes is still easy enough, but the app could really benefit from a modern UI/UX refresh.I would never CHOOSE to use this app. ### 1/5 — Gym owners beware *2026-03-23, version 18.8* Terrible experience. Benchmark transfers had to be done one member at a time, and even then wouldn’t sync unless wording matched perfectly. Writing programming was slow, repetitive, and inefficient. No way to easily view or move full weeks of workouts. The only benefit has to be everything all on one platform but with how clunky the app is I don't think that is actually a benefit. Nothing is easier in this app from a member in class perspective. Seriously, this thing is beyond behind the times when it comes to basic functionality. ### 1/5 — Not good *2025-02-21, version 14.83* Just not a good app. The leaderboard is buried, so many members just stop entering their results which has a negative effect on the community aspect. Lots of bugs, the messaging portion can’t handle class videos. Imagine they will go out of business or some company will purchase them and integrate any positive aspects into their existing tool. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-10-28, version 14.65* We just switched from SugarWOD, which isn’t the best to begin with, to StreamFit. App is not very intuitive and I can see A LOT of people will struggle to adapt. Leaderboard isn’t showing results. A few minor annoyances are the notes tab and the decimals (must enter 22500 for 225lbs for example). Screen with PRs literally has every WOD and movement in one list, no filters, not broken up by category. The programming, scheduling, store purchases…. We switched to this two years ago and it has been amazing. They really value the input of the gym owners who are using this system and are constantly working hard to continue to update and provide the best service possible. Customer service is easy to contact and super helpful when I need help with something. The app is easy to use and has a ton of cool features, including nutrition (it allowed me to finally get rid of My Fitness Pal). What may be the best part about them is the customer support. Whenever I have questions I can reach out to real, genuine people who are quick to help me solve any issues I’m having.
