今回観たいライブがこれでしか配信されず仕方なくインストール。まずテレビに映す事ができない。全画面が縦でしか表示されず横向きで全画面表示できない。ブラウザでしか配信を購入できず、購入したアカウントでログインしてもアプリ上に購入リストが表示されない。何のためのアプリなのか。いらない。必要ない。上記の件で問い合わせもしたが『こちらではわからないのでAppleのサポートセンターに問い合わせろ』とのこと。自社のアプリの挙動にも責任を持たないならこんなアプリはやめた方がいい。非常に不愉快。観たいライブがあるから仕方なく利用するができれば他の配信サービスを利用したい。

正直⭐︎1すらつけたくない。
ゴミアプリではないでしょうか。
今どきテレビ出力できない仕様にする意味がわからない笑
高額でストリーミング配信のチケットを買ったはいいものの、こんなゴミアプリ経由でしか見られないのであれば2度と買いたくない。
見られないこともそうだが、不愉快極まりない。
知人たちには絶対に使わないように広めます。
最低です。

チケット購入後、HDMIケーブルとAppleコネクタにてテレビに映像を映そうとしたら、読み込みマークと真っ暗な画面でフリーズして一切映せませんでした。
こういった不安があったから購入前にe+に問い合わせと公式サイトの映像に関するページ確認もしたのになぁと言う気持ちです。
防止，不可とはしてないけど、保証は致しません程度の回答で責任回避のつもりなのかなって思いました。
映せない、出来ませんならハッキリそう回答して欲しいしホームページにも記載して欲しいです。
チケットを買って、いざとなって映せませんはガッカリでした。
ここでしか配信ないから購入するのになんだかなあ…。

ログインしようとしたら無効なアクセスと表示されログインすらできない

今時長時間のライブ配信をスマホ端末だけで見る人は少ないと思うのにミラーリングもHDMI出力も正常に機能しない。テスト動画はできたりできなかったりランダム作動するため、購入したライブ配信がどう動作するか買う前にはわからないし。同じ配信コンテンツでも動作ができたりできなかったりランダムすぎて、ミラーリングブロック対策が原因なのか、ただの不具合なのかもわからない。
ミラーリングブロック対策しているコンテンツなら最初から明記してほしいし、別に対策してないならスムーズに動作するようにならないと使えない。
