Would be 0 stars if I could. Journey on the app was £7.50 but we were charged a lot more as the driver charged off the meter. Don’t be sucked in by charges that they show on the app. Absolute con. The people on the phone are really unhelpful. Drivers are lovely though so they get the one star. App ok humans let it down.
