And you need to wait for the next available taxi? Horrible service been late to multiple occasions because of this booked a taxi 20 minutes before work and still atleast 10 minutes late to work waiting for this. Been using this for a few months and it’s in my opinion better and easier than phoning. Especially on a night out. Taxis are on time every time. No hassles. Can even pre pay with a card.
