That means the taxi always goes to the wrong address. ### 5/5 — Very reliable, good app *2023-12-16* Used it twice now and when I booked a taxi with them one has turned up witching 5 minutes. You get the drivers name and car registration and a tracker to see how far he/ she is away from you and the time it will take them to get to you. ### 1/5 — Awful service *2022-07-25, version 33.6.20* Worst taxi service I've ever used, if i can call it used. I booked it 2 hours in advance and still it never came. When i rang they assured me it would be 15 more minutes. An hour later, no taxi shown up. And when i rang for a refund they told me it would be 5 working days to be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Problems arise when booking at busy times. If there is no availability of drivers for the time you are booking for it places the booking anyway but it isn’t actually going to turn up (missed train as a result). I’d left plenty of time but did need the taxi to arrive. Seconds before it should have arrived the app sent me a notification saying that the booking had been cancelled. It even implied I’d cancelled it saying ‘we’re sorry you had to cancel your booking this time…’. When I called to check I was told the app automatically cancels bookings when there’s no car available. I was left with a mad dash to try and find another taxi company. ### 1/5 — Terrible app and service *2024-01-11, version 34.5.10* Via the app I pre booked a taxi at 1pm to pick up my wife at 3.35pm in order to collect my child From preschool. 2 minutes before the taxi was meant to arrive I received a message saying my booking had been cancelled. After calling streamline York office the lady I spoke with said “we don’t have any cars and this is why you should have phoned and booked instead of using the app”. Even though the app confirmed the booking. I was also told,after airing my frustrations for such a late cancellation with no earlier communication, that if I wanted to complain then I would have to complain about the app! This IS streamline York’s app!!! Horrendous service that left my wife stranded and my toddler wondering why her mummy hadn’t picked her up! I sorted the collection of my daughter but no thanks to this company, their shoddy app and abysmal customer service. ### 1/5 — Let you reserve but don’t guarantee a car *2023-12-18, version 34.5.10* Good luck trying to make a deadline with this company.
