I’ve got TWO icons for connectme, but none for Smartbox.... PLEASE FIX ASAP. Update: Just went back in the app after exiting and now I have the Smartbox icon.... not sure what was causing the issue. Their solution to the multitude of problems is to uninstall and reinstall. My team of 25+ people beg our management regularly to ditch it. ### 1/5 — Streams for 3 years *2021-11-30, version 4.0.136* This is from attempting to use this app for 3 years and attempting to use it daily. Have a desk phone and this app for my iPhone. I can’t make good quality calls 90% of the time ON or OFF WiFi 1gbps lines or on 5G. This app doesn’t ring or even notify me if someone is calling. I do notify me if I miss a call or get a voicemail and that is about the extent of the app. ### 1/5 — Worst phone app ever *2021-10-14, version 4.0.134* This is the worst phone app ever! You can only use certain browsers for most features. Sound goes out often, meaning when I answer the phone, the other end cannot hear me. App will ring once then go to voicemail. Glad they found us *2021-11-02, version 4.0.134* We are a small accounting firm in Atlanta. We were having non stop phone issues since we moved to voip. Our voip company said it would be plug and play. It wasn’t at all. Logan from PanTerra called us and right away he knew what our problem was. He sold us a new circuit with a green box and sold us his phones. I saw posts about app not working.
