It worked for a couple of months and then I could not access the service and unable to cancel it. They keep charging me for the third year now! I am trying to log on to my account, but it says that username is not recognized! Why - because my expiry date on my debit card was updated and my old card was still valid! No notification or renewal email was sent? Then when I updated my card they took all twelve months, charged me £1.80 extra per month for an App which does not always work and has less functionality. I have several friends and relatives who use Expat Network on my recommendation and will be updating them on my experience. I have cancelled my subscription but still have to pay for a useless month. I’ve just re-downloaded the app on a new device and I was shocked to see such bad reviews. I feel compelled to write them a good one! Much easier than entering details manually.Very useful App ### 4/5 — Almost Perfect *2017-11-30, version 1.10* Moving abroad and not having iPlayer in my life? Not happening! I tried a couple of other vpn’s; Nord & PIA (both highly rated). Whilst there were some things I could watch, iPlayer seemed to be something they had trouble with. These guys though appear to have it sorted. I’m only subscribing month to month at the moment but if I’m still happy after Christmas, I’m signing up annually! The only snag (and reason I didn’t give 5 stars) is that whenever I’ve watched Blue Planet 2, it drops out (VPN) about 3 quarters into the program. Going back into settings and turning VPN back and resuming iPlayer resolves it making only a tiny pain in the ar*e. But imagine if you were watching a live UK broadcast and you missed Megan saying; “I do” or Arsenal scoring in the cup final! But that aside, I’m happy. Happy to watch and hear David Attenborough talk about whales and plankton and strange looking luminescent squid or whatever the hell it was. All I know is that, Blue Planet sometimes makes me never want to get in the bloody water again! Anyhow, I digress.
