Used the street cars app for the first time. Very easy to use. Texts confirmed booking and on arrival a text informing us that the driver was at the desk.  Great service and will certainly use again.

Booking process was fine, driver was falling asleep and took several wrong turns and needed to be prompted more than once to go the right way.

My driver Kai-Wah was amazing and really nice and chatty, however booking the taxi was horrendous. The wait times were quite long, which I don’t mind since it’s peak holiday time, however the man on the desk was incredibly rude to not just me, but all the other customers - hence the 2 star review.

Driver arrived early as the airport was busy. Although I wasn’t ready to leave much earlier than planned I was very impressed by this efficiency. Driver was really pleasant. Great experience. I recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.
