I alerted them many times, but they do not correct them. Not only that their system failed to alert me and I got a ticket! ### 1/5 — Unusable without purchase *2025-09-24* It’s free to download, but you cannot get past the initial screen without purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription. Extremely frustrating. Edit: 1 star because there is no way to even trial or test it out. I would assume with an app that is free to download, that there would at least be some features available without payment. But no- the entire app is locked behind an in-app purchase. Even though I have set the reminder for street cleaning, the app does nothing to alert me. I got a ticket last night again, the app did not alert me to move my car. I am now down $97, and of course upset. So now I am using weekly Reminders on my iPhone to move my car. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-11-04* I installed the app on my iPhone and iPad, set up notifications and nothing happened. I checked it in notification settings and it is set up correctly. The iPad app only indicates street cleaning on my side of the road, but no notification. The iPhone app tells me to move the car when I open the app, but no notifications. It’s useless! **Developer response:** It does work! One feature that would make it more useful for me is the ability to add custom time reminders. For instance I like to move my car at noon-2pm the day before street cleaning so I would love to set a reminder for midday the day before, instead of 24h before. If it’s 24 hours I may click out of the notification, then still forget to move my car later that day. **Developer response:** Hi Jess! Thanks for your review. Custom reminders are already in the app, here's how: 1) Set a reminder, 2) When the details pop up, there's a "+ Add notification", tap it and you'll see more options that better work for you.
