I play the street mode more than the balcony shot mode, and at first I was disappointed that you couldn’t choose what tricks to do. However, the game had a variety of cool animations that made the mode pretty fun. The one thing I would ask for is probably more animations. There are a lot of freestyle tricks and it would be fun if they were implemented in the game.
