It was recommended to me by a colleague that was using it. I don’t do much invoicing as I work primarily for one contractor but for the times I do I have found this app easy to set up and use for my purposes and provided what my client needs to process them. Very clean and professional looking document. Only thing I could not do was attach a copy of their work order that I had received and signed electronically. Other than doing that one step separately it has everything I need for invoicing. I’ll definitely get the better versions as my needs require. Exactly what I need for a small sales business. I have tried every other app for invoicing/sales etc, and this one is the absolute best. I sent feedback about it needing a shipping Address section and an actual tracking inventory. I was replied to immediately and informed how to utilize the shipping address option already there. I was also told that the inventory tracking was on the way and would be functional in a future update very soon. It’s a MAJOR drawback that severely limits usability. No Support for months!!! *2017-02-10, version 1.2.4* WARNING: I would never get this app. They refuse to call and, instead want to delay support by back & forth emails with instructions that don't work. On top of that, they don't respond timely (days, weeks, months) if at all!!! HORRIBLE SUPPORT IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT!!! WILL HAVE A DRAMATIC NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR BUSINESS!!! This has been disastrous to say the least...BEWARE ### 4/5 — Excellent app *2016-05-14, version 1.1.8* I have this app from the beginning and work great, I can use to my costumer payments using credit a debit card directly from the app, I send the statement and more features. 100 % recommend this app from small businesses to more. ### 4/5 — Simply the best invoicing app *2016-03-12* Need invoicing with an item list and reports, including costs? This has it, and it's Cross Platform & cloud based! No other app has as many features (and I have tried them all): Signatures, Estimates, Customer accounts, Custom Customer/Invoice statuses, PayPal, fee free Stripe (manual input or for customers to pay online via email), a payment receipt system, Automated emails sends customers an automated and customisable weekly or monthly statements for unpaid bills! Another great feature is the Credit system, so you can easily keep track of when you are paid in advance. Without items available to pick for invoices, invoicing for me would take so much longer, I can now make quotes in seconds, not minutes, right in front of my customers! The only thing it's missing is: SKUs/EANs Barcode Scanning, Product Images, Supplier data, Stock management (it only tracks number of sales/sales per item plus costs and profit), Tracking of Email/SMS communications. Offline Usage (no internet connection means no access to any data). If they added these fields, sections and features, this app would be flawless!
