While several of these warriors made it out in time, many were never heard from again. Five years later, a government project called "Street Masters" initiates in order to counter-act the war against The Kingdom, now having divided and seized control over the world by several of its factions. The hints tell you you don’t need to discard defence as u may need it later then every character proceed to force you to discard defence so you don’t have enough to deal with the final attack. Would be great if you could look at this. Happy to change my review. ### 5/5 — Real Good *2024-03-29, version 1.10* My only gripe as a newcomer. Never having played this game until now… The threat area?? The current implementation is confusing. The empty space, around your character is the threat area. Took me AWHILE to grasp this concept, because it’s just empty space by your character card. I feel it would be better… if some kind of visual existed making us aware, the cards we put down, go into this ‘invisible’ threat area. Maybe transparent words with truncated horizontal lines like this: —-threat area—- ⬆️ From a UI design perspective, If it’s semi-transparent, it will not produce visual noise, avoiding visual clutter. That said, this is a FANTASTIC game. I’m loving it! I hope we get expansions soon. ### 5/5 — Fantastic app of the board game! *2022-10-18* Streets Masters is a fantastic board game the mimics the feel of old school beat ‘em ups like streets of rage mixed with fighting games like street fighter. Each fighter, stage, and boss is completely unique and can all be mixed and matched for an endless variety of match ups. If you’re looking for a great tactical turn based game with endless variety, this is it! The app does a great job of replicating the full board game and comes with a ton of content. Having played the board game I was able to pick up and play without any need to use a tutorial and everything was very intuitive. A few small minor improvements that could make it even better: make it clearer when you are discarding defence tokens by having two rows of defence symbols, one displaying what you currently have, and another with what you’ve selected to discard. I would also add a + and - button by each defence symbol that you’re discarding that can be used to toggle how many you wish to discard. ### 5/5 — Blacklist games hit it out of the park *2022-02-28, version 1.10* I should review this a 1 star souly because I backed the Kickstarter going all in and you guys just made that obsolete! Unreal game and a top adaptation that I can now carry with me! Top stuff! Could use more updates with more characters!
