It declined my card because it was declined before this platform is really stupid. Each time I try to get assistance, I’m met with silence or generic responses that don’t address my concerns at all. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like I'm shouting into a void. I can't believe an investment app would treat its users this way. My attempts to withdraw my funds have been met with endless delays and excuses. It's hard to trust an app with your money when you can't even get a straight answer from their support team. If you're considering using Streetbeat, I recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of timely support and transparency is alarming, and I deeply regret choosing this platform for my investments. And plaid doesn’t allow you to input your account number so the account number ends up being incorrect leading to them charging you $25 each transaction that gets returned. Lose money. The information (pitch) given here is NOT how the app technology is mathematically & scientifically working 100% as described in the apps developer information. Because of this, it’s nothing more than a (SALES PITCH) trying to get everyone to buy into it. * There are a couple reputable AI investment apps out there you can find with a little research that actually do what they say 100%. If there’s millions of highly satisfied customers with 1+years open resource data you can research and find, then you know it’s legit. Unfortunately, this is NOT the case here and this is not a totally legit AI investment app as advertised and shown here. Hopefully, changes will be made to provide 100% accurate information to the public as to what this app actually does at which time I’ll be happy to modify my technical review and give higher star review rating. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2024-03-23, version 2.4.3* This app is trash. They got me because a coworker sent it to me with like a $25 sign up bonus thing. I realized after referring multiple users that the link it gave me was glitching out and routing back to my coworkers code. Fine. At least someone I know got something out of it. Well… Then they changed the referral and made it massively insane and greedy. Fine, less users for them… No biggie. I lost my phone, with it went my phone number, and that resulting in me being locked out of a great many apps. I knew my credentials for most, but they’d want to send a 2FA code either VIA Google Authentication or text message. I’ve still not got back into everything. The time same for me to get into StreetBeat & viola!!! They’ve decided to change yet again, decided to charge a monthly fee (that I never had a chance to decline or accept), and that same fee drained my entire account. Completely unprofessional, unpredictable, and the absolutely criminal type platform you should stay far away from. ### 1/5 — Lack trust in this app *2024-02-04, version 2.3.8* They ask you to connect your brokerage with an in house connection and then to ask you to subscribe to their pricier plans (Robinhood gold is just $5 a month). I can’t really afford to invest so I’ve since taken my money out. During that short time my investment grew about 18%. I did use the AI advisor which included an extra monthly fee and was excited to watch it Work. I could always see how my money was being traded. The AI did automatically make portfolio adjustments. I could follow up and research those individual trades on the market to see that in fact the AI investor was doing pretty well. When you are ready to cash out, it will take a few days to receive your funds. However, I had no problems retrieving the money I invested. I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I disagree with them. The AI in StreetBeat allows you to create portfolios based on your idea and it helps quite a bit! Example. I created a Bitcoin trading portfolio that uses market sentiment along with daily/weekly moving averages and other data to trade Bitcoin ETFs or Bitcoin short ETFs so the portfolio can make gains when Bitcoin goes up or down. It will even allocate to more stable income generating funds when the market is uncertain in the Bitcoin direction k as I directed it to do, in an attempt to protect gains made. It will reallocate weekly or monthly depending on what you ask of it. It is really helpful to have an AI companion to hash out portfolio ideas and to gain market and strategy insights while creating them. I hope it continues to improve. Personally, I have made about 20% since early 2024. That beats inflation. The future is unknown but it is looking good so far.
