I received no notification from the app, and when I called, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Had to cancel and order an Uber, which arrived in 5 minutes and saved me from missing my train. Very disappointing experience—wouldn’t recommend if you need a reliable service. ### 1/5 — Spammed with promo notifications *2024-10-16, version 34.6.13* App breached App Store requirements. Unable to turn off their extremely irritating promotional messages without turning off notifications entirely which renders it useless if you cannot get notifications about your taxi. Rubbish and deleting the app ### 1/5 — Good when it works but it too often doesn’t *2024-09-26, version 34.6.13* Please please tell your drivers to drop jobs and let another one pick it up if they’re not actually able to get to the location quickly. I’ll have the app telling me they’re 3 minutes away only to have them show up 20-25 minutes after the time I actually booked for. This has happened multiple times. Just letting you know ### 1/5 — Pre-booking functionality is rubbish! *2023-10-09, version 34.3.8* If you pre-book it doesn’t mean somebody will be there at the time you need, it means that’s the time they’ll start looking to allocate a driver! Absolutely awful service and awful app. ### 1/5 — Pre booked Airport Taxi 25 minutes late!! *2023-10-04, version 34.3.8* Downloaded the app and prebooked a taxi to the airport for the following morning. Pick up time came and went, taxi on its way - coming in 5 minutes I was told… phoned again after waiting for 15 minutes - taxi would be another 12 minutes..apparently “they were prioritising me”. Needless to say I then had to cancel and get an Uber. Will be cutting it fine for my flight now - not impressed. ### 2/5 — App fine, but 4 drivers cancelled *2023-01-04, version 34.0.17* I was working, so I booked a taxi to take my kids to their swimming lesson. 30mins later, with 4 drivers having grabbed the job and then cancelling, I ended up terminating the request, finishing work early and driving myself. Not a good experience. The app functions OK but the screen is super twitchy on an iPhone 8 running iOS 16.2. ### 1/5 — Do not use this app or taxi company *2022-11-11, version 34.0.17* If pre-booking a taxi and you need to get somewhere at a specific time; do not use this company. They will be late, and you’ll be late. And when you contact them, they will continue to tell you that the Taxi is only 5-10 minutes away, for about 30 minutes and then they won’t turn up. ### 1/5 — Drivers drop litter on Baird Street *2022-09-25, version 34.0.5* Terrible company - drivers seen dropping litter from their cars whilst waiting near Piccadilly Station. Unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Surge pricing *2022-04-26, version 33.5.37* I used to use this app all the time for a few reasons: not Uber, no surge pricing, usually reliable. Now there’s surge pricing, and half the time your car cancels. Uninstall. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2021-12-10, version 33.5.13* If I could award nil stars I would. Pre booked a cab. No show - couldn’t even work out if it had been dispatched on the app. Called them - in a very, not bothered voice, “yeah it’s gonna be another half an hour due to traffic” Can cancelled, app deleted. ### 1/5 — The most stupid app ever *2021-12-05, version 33.5.12* Do not waste your time with this app. They collect money from your bank account and the cab never arrives. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2021-12-05, version 33.5.12* Beware. App doesn’t work yet they took 2 £1 charges from me even though we were unable to actually book a cab. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Not reliable and slow *2021-11-08, version 33.4.18* Tried to get a ride from the city centre back to mine and it took half an hour for a car to actually come. 4 different drivers accepted my ride and then cancelled. When the driver finally came he went to the wrong location had to take a longer route because he missed a turn, clearly he didn’t know the city well as he was also using a sat nav. Not worth the hassle I’d just stick to Uber in future ### 1/5 — App does not work *2021-10-29, version 33.4.18* Could not get past the text verification screen. Code was never received ### 1/5 — Registration *2021-10-24, version 33.4.18* Can’t register won’t send message to my number ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — come on - get the basics right *2026-06-06, version 37.1.2* Talk about a fundamental, I tried to schedule a future taxi, complete all the screens, pay for the taxi and then get a popup saying can't schedule, try closer to the date. Thanks for taking my money! Pretty disgraceful. ### 1/5 — Drivers *2026-05-15, version 37.1.2* I guess it gets you from A to B but some of the drivers especially around Manchester are dodgy as. They really need to get background checks on some of these people. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-13, version 37.1.2* App simply doesn’t work and automated emails with codes are never received. When I cancel it costed me £4 cancellation fee and there no way to raise a complaint nor any sort of customer support chat. Their app quality is below standard, needing significant work. They will scramble to find you a taxi minutes before your booked time even with plenty of notice. I booked a ride for a pick up to go to shudehill bus station to catch a coach to London. Driver came to the wrong address I had to find the driver bring him to the right address & when I asked the driver to wait while I go inside to get my luggage he drove off & left me stranded. I was catching a flight from Gatwick airport later that day. Unbelievable poor service no apologies, no manners. No matter where I am in the uk this app allows me to book track and go. Being a person who travels constantly (yes even through covid19) I was able to Link my card and was charged accordingly. Even better I found out that through my business I could set up a business account and link it to my app. Iv been getting invoiced on a monthly basis and oh my has it made life so much more efficient for me! To top it all of you can order and select a car type with a protective shield that definitely gave me the confidence to be more relaxed travelling.
