Rachel, who dealt with our sale was able to put things in place within a couple of weeks taking great pictures of the property, setting up viewing & answering any questions we had.
We now have a buyer at an agreed price.
Rachel has been extremely efficient & helpful throughout.

The App is an absolute game-changer for people selling their house.  From instructing my agent via the digital valuation report to approving the listing  on the app and answering all the necessary questions, etc. it has been seamless, super quick and most of all, totally convenient - working around ME, not business hours! Super impressed.

The app simply stopped working, I could not log in. I asked for a password reset as advised by my Estate Agent, no link received, tried many times, the app confirmed that the link was sent to my email address but nothing received. The agent has tried to reset, using another email address, still no. However, we do all communications by email and I do wonder what the point of the app is. Don’t waste your time with it.
