Following an update it forced you to login every time and usually a number of times. You also lost the ability to see the number of viewings that you property had each week. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Needs updating *2026-06-12, version 2.9.2* The app would work if it was updated with customer feedback and agents feedback. I’ve had numerous viewing with absolutely no feedback from either. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-05-02* The app simply stopped working, I could not log in. I asked for a password reset as advised by my Estate Agent, no link received, tried many times, the app confirmed that the link was sent to my email address but nothing received. The agent has tried to reset, using another email address, still no. However, we do all communications by email and I do wonder what the point of the app is. Don’t waste your time with it. ### 1/5 — Street Shocker *2026-04-28, version 2.2.0* The app is decent but my word, you need to log-in like every day or so, tedious is an understatement, especially when you are trying to sell a house and are looking at the app multiple times a day. Tried logging in online too and the same issue. It just doesn't log in.
