I gave up on using it. ### 1/5 — Great Idea, Very Unreliable App *2026-06-30, version 3.2.2* This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used because of the impact when it fails. A weak connection seemed to have corrupted my account, and I haven’t been able to book a car for three weeks. Compared to EVO, this app struggles badly on poor signal. There’s also no reservation system, so you have to walk to the car hoping it’s still there. If it doesn’t work, you’ve wasted time and often end up paying more for another way to get where you’re going. Support is email-only, which is far too slow for a car-sharing service. The app is amateur. There is no transparency. Trips don’t always register. Cars disappear from the map - there’s no way to know if you’re wasting your time travelling 30 mins to fetch a car.
