## What is StreetShield?

StreetShield is a hyperlocal community safety awareness app designed for calm, factual local information.

Use StreetShield to view nearby incident signals, check local activity on a map, receive relevant alerts, and coordinate with trusted local Circles. Reports are designed to be short, behaviour-focused, and privacy-safe so neighbours can understand what is happening without naming suspects, exposing private details, or encouraging confrontation.

- Local map, incident feed, and selected-area alerts
- Structured reports with approximate location and privacy-safe wording
- Trusted Circles for smaller local coordination
- StreetShield Plus: incident reporting, more incident details, public and private chats, useful alerts, and private local Circles
- Community guidelines, reporting tools, and moderation workflows
- Emergency reminders: call local emergency services in emergencies
