For instance I was marked down for hard braking (the reason was a semi pulled right in front of me forcing me to brake hard, reacting I check the second lane and accelerated to go around and I was “”dinged” by the application. I have a dash cam to prove this but the app just lowered by discount and score without knowing the facts.
