Simplicity is often the best policy when thinking about user experience. Well, I no longer have them because I had “suspicious “ activity on my account, or at least that’s what they tried to say. I mean sending money back and forth to my mom hardly means I’m being “suspicious”. So they did an automatic stop on my account and wouldn’t release my money for 6 months!! Best part, my tax check just went it but they wouldn’t release it because they tried saying I already spent it. Really? Very defensive of their app when giving feedback so basically a waste of time.
