I’ve signed up for this program 3 times so far. I had debilitating back pain and now I don’t. I’m able to get back to all the activities I love. I’m so grateful to Dr Beth for creating this program.

This program has helped stabilize my s-shaped 28’ lumbar, 15’ thoracic scoliosis. Pain reduced. I can’t remember exact when I had my last muscle spasm. It’s been awhile. I recommend this app and program.
