## What is Strength Basecamp Powerlifting?

Get stronger. Build your squat, bench press, and deadlift with structured powerlifting programs that tell you exactly what to lift next.

Choose a program, log every set and rep, and progress week by week. Strength Basecamp adjusts your working weights based on your performance—no spreadsheets, guesswork, or generic workouts.

POWERLIFTING PROGRAMS

• Foundation 5x5 — beginner linear progression with weight added after successful sessions
• Tiered Progression — GZCLP-based programming with heavy and volume tiers
• Weekly Strength Progression — volume, recovery, and intensity sessions organised into weekly waves
• DUP Powerlifting — daily undulating periodisation using rotating hypertrophy, power, and strength sessions
• Lift Specialisation — focused programs for improving your squat, bench press, or deadlift
• Powerlifting Block — structured volume, intensity, peak, and test phases

The program library is continually expanding, including longer powerlifting blocks and additional progression options.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-08-18

New: optional training reminders on your session days.
• Refreshed session, stats and achievements screens
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

### 1.3 — 2026-08-11

Warm-ups, smarter GZCLP, and a rebuilt strength forecast.

WARM-UPS
Every main lift now opens with a guided warm-up ramp built from your working weight. Work through it or skip it — warm-up sets never count toward your set totals or tonnage.

GZCLP THAT FOLLOWS YOU, NOT THE CALENDAR
GZCLP now advances on your actual progress instead of a fixed schedule. Blow past an AMRAP target and the app offers to move you up a stage rather than making you wait for it. Once a lift has been through the full cycle, you get a recommendation to graduate — and it names the program to move to next.

5/3/1
Accessory progression is complete, so your accessory work now advances alongside the main lifts.

STRENGTH FORECAST, REBUILT
Projections run on your real week-by-week estimated 1RM history instead of the maxes you typed in at setup. Your tier, DOTS, and home stats all follow demonstrated strength. A new info sheet explains how the projection is calculated.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Browse the full list, see exactly where you stand on locked milestones, and chase new bodyweight-multiple goals.
