### 1/5 — Not free.

*2019-05-11*

Makes you sign up, then asks for $5/mo before you can use it. Uninstalled immediately.

### 4/5 — Pretty good, especially for free

*2018-11-16, version 1.3*

The two things I would change are adding a warmup calculator, and changing the way the program automatically adds weight to your lift the next session. Even if I miss a lift and need to back off or try again at the same weight, or if I had to cut my session short and miss one of the lifts for the day, the program still adds weight to the next session. It would be nice if the program recognized that you didn’t put in the full number of reps, and didn’t add weight.

Those are fairly minor inconveniences though. Overall it’s a pretty good program.

### 1/5 — I want a refund

*2018-02-09*

Bought the in app purchase by mistake as I’m still in novice mode but support is non existent. Website is down. Want a refund as the app doesn’t fit my needs and the extra I bought was trying to find out if it had anymore features...

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2017-12-08*

Garbage app— doesn’t compute weights for warm ups-only counts to 3 or 5 for you. What is the point? Only for long term tracking and completely unnecessary

### 4/5 — Feature request

*2017-07-22*

Love the app and have been using it and another for about a year. However, I am finding that as an ectomorph I am hitting plateaus these programs don't address. Research by McGuff, Westerdal and others is now showing that ecto muscle fibers may respond better to lower intensity and higher volume. I would love to see a higher rep version of the SS or SL routines in the program. Thanks!

### 3/5 — Could be better

*2017-06-01, version 1.2*

I wish we we're able to edit the names of the workout. Just Back or Squat isn't that helpful. Front Squat vs Back Squat would be better. At least I could keep track of which I did.

### 3/5 — Simple, but missing key features

*2017-01-30*

The app is simple to use and exactly what you need while in the gym focusing on other stuff. What would make it perfect (maybe with an update) and worth 4 or 5 stars would be a graphical display of progress over time like the stronglifts app has along with a small noise and/or vibration at 2 or 3 minutes of rest after a lift.

### 5/5 — Really great for SS programs

*2016-12-10*

Thanks so much for this free app. It's ridiculously simple and does what it's supposed to do. It takes no time using it in the gym. If you are still adding features, a warmup calculator would be awesome. But...The are plenty of simple web page warm up calculators to pull up when needed. It's just nice to have a program that works without unnecessary bells and whistles. Will buy full version for advanced program in a few weeks because i want to keep using the interface.

### 3/5 — Umm...Warmup Sets?

*2016-04-29*

Where is the Warmup sets? Starting Strength is also based off of the Warmup sets also you know...more stars if it's in the next update.

### 2/5 — Looks nice, lacks functions

*2016-03-16*

The UI is clean and friendly, but lacks calculations for warmup sets, as well as the ability to specify your own increments.
