### 5/5 — Love it and

*2026-06-02*

I just want to ask to change the muscles worked to primary/secondary muscles worked for better understanding and possibly add a muscle map.
Also I want to be able to add body weight in the calendar. I just got the app but ive got bodyweight measurements going back weeks. It’d be great to be able to add those in as wanted.

Thanks again for the great app! I highly recommend it.

### 3/5 — Seems close!

*2026-03-02*

This app is so close to being exactly what I need so it gets three stars even though it’s ostensibly unusable (for me, at least). I was excited to find a simple app that would let me make my own exercises and even templates - I have a lot of daily physical therapy with weird modified variations that just aren’t in most apps and I created all 15 or so for one checklist I could use daily. Unfortunately for some reason I can’t seem to check off more than 1-3 sets at a time in a workout, so I can’t actually log what I’ve done. It looks like you can even export the workout history which is fantastic, but I suppose if I can’t log any workouts that won’t do me much good...
update: I figured out that it wasn’t letting me check off sets bc I hadn’t put a “0” in the weight blank! This let me check the set off - except for some reason it would randomly would remove the zero and uncheck the set. I was able to get it to keep the zero long enough on the later exercises to complete the workout before it removed them, but then when I checked the history they’d all been unchecked again, so I guess it won’t be in the record. It would also be nice to be able to edit workout templates (this workout has nearly 20 exercises in it that I need to add 0 lbs to for the template), but maybe I just haven’t figured out how to yet…

**Developer response:** I am sorry to hear about your issues. Are you using a custom zoom or visual setting on your phone by any chance? As there should be a « + Set » button clearly visible in the workout exercise. If you can share any details via the « Lean more » section of the profile tab, I will then be able to debug on my side.

### 4/5 — Works fine for free

*2026-06-13*

I think it’s great for logging workouts and tracking purposes. The reason for 4 stars is that there’s no function, at least that I have found, to create a superset and I seem to have to create most exercises; there’s not a lot of exercise selection

### 4/5 — Only flaw is lack of exercises

*2026-05-27*

Fantastic app for what it is! Just lacks a severe amount of exercises compared to others. It has the basic of basics but that’s all. I’m aware I can make my own, just stinks having to manual add them

### 4/5 — Absolutely awesome

*2026-05-21*

This app is so so helpful and well laid out. In a world full of paid apps and subscriptions, we all need to support the real ones who create apps like these 🫡 my only critique is that I would like to see more options for muscles worked (inner thigh/outer thigh) for example and also a few more machine options (hip adductor/ abductor, things like that) otherwise, I’m really happy with it

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.

Regarding additional exercises, you can create as many bespoke exercises as needed (tap the « New exercise » button at the top of the list of exercises). I keep the default list focused on the most popular options to make the experience more approachable for most users.

On the feedback about more granular body parts, I understand the point. I’m trying to strike the right balance between providing an accurate level of detail and focusing on what will have the biggest impact.

### 4/5 — Great app with small problems.

*2026-05-15*

I train with many bodyweight and banded exercises, however whenever I enter 0 pounds for a set, that is not previously set to bodyweight, it will not save the set once the workout is done.

Now I have a bunch of sets with “1 lb” just so I can properly log the workout.

Other than that, it’s an awesome app.

### 5/5 — Love it and

*2026-08-11*

I just want to ask to change the muscles worked to primary/secondary muscles worked for better understanding and possibly add a muscle map.
Also I want to be able to add body weight in the calendar. I just got the app but ive got bodyweight measurements going back weeks. It’d be great to be able to add those in as wanted.
Also I want to be able to, when starting from a template, to save that template if I added new exercises.

Thanks again for the great app! I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Simple and what I want

*2026-07-31*

If you know how to program on your own this is the app for you. No distractions and direct. Able to add exercises and create your own routines. When you repeat your workouts it even tracks the previous workout’s weights and reps. Love this tracker and have been looking for something like this for quite some time. Thank you!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review. I am glad the app helps your training!

### 5/5 — Basically perfect

*2026-07-24, version 2.9.2*

You’re not going to find a better free app. Better than some paid apps.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-07-21*

It's a great app that's simple and easy to use. Great for beginners. An addition I’d recommend is being able to add notes to workouts.

**Developer response:** Notes coming very coming soon in version 2.10!

### 5/5 — FOR FREE 🫪

*2026-07-21, version 2.9.2*

There’s no way someone in the goodness of their own heart made an app like this. Bless you dude. This is incredible. If you ever need a hand with feature development let me know, would love to contribute

### 5/5 — Great and Free

*2026-07-14*

I use this app to create templates for my different workouts, and I love the built in rest timer to keep me moving. Also, it lets you add any exercise that isn’t in the database. I can’t really imagine needing anything more than this, and there’s zero ads and no paywalls. 10/10

### 5/5 — Spectacular

*2026-07-13*

Amazing app to track your progression and save your workouts. Only thing to add is the addition of being able to write notes for each set (i.e. last rep was sloppy, go up in weight, etc.)

**Developer response:** Notes are coming very soon (in version 2.10)!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-07-13, version 2.9.2*

No Frills straight to the point and customize it to your hearts desire decently analytical to show your progress and growth

### 5/5 — Best fitness tracker ever

*2026-07-10, version 2.9.2*

Free and easy to use, can’t say enough good things about

### 5/5 — The Best

*2026-07-10, version 2.9.2*

Found a reddit comment from the creator and it really is just the best app. No limits on workout creation (my favourite feature), no ads, easy to use UI, graphs for progression over time. All while being free. You are a legend, creator 🙏 - The only criticism i can think of is that on the ORM history, your warm up sets are included, which can make it look more cramped. But it is such a small thing that it doesn’t even matter.
