Not only does this app provide workouts so you’re not just showing up to the gym clueless, but Jordyn does a great job at including visual guidance. I have seen more progress with the help of this program than I ever have working out on my own. 100% worth it!

I absolutely love this app & Jordyn is alway the sweetest! This takes the guessing out of the gym. No more showing up with out a plan. I’ve done a couple challenges in the past & alway see great results & feel amazing after! STRENGTH IS SEXY! 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️💙

I’ve followed Jordyn on Instagram for awhile and was so excited when this app came out. It’s so incredibly easy to use, laid out in an awesome way and just makes sense! Really great app, would recommend to anyone wanting to get into strength training but not sure where to start.
