## What is Strength Rest Watch?

Strength Rest Watch is a focused Apple Watch gym rest timer for lifters who want the next set to start on time.

Use it to:
- start heavy set, superset, and accessory rest plans fast
- feel each rest cue on Apple Watch without watching the phone
- preview the same plan on iPhone before lifting
- pause, skip, or reset when the rack gets busy
- stay fully offline with no account, ads, or subscription

Why people buy Strength Rest Watch:
- built for gym rest periods, not a generic interval dashboard
- watch-first haptics keep your hands free between sets
- one paid download instead of recurring timer fees
- local-only design with no cloud processing or tracking SDK

Strength Rest Watch works best for:
- squat, bench, deadlift, press, and other heavy sets
- supersets and push/pull accessory pairs
- machine, dumbbell, cable, and core work with predictable rests
- lifters who want a simple Apple Watch rest timer
