It is relaxing and it allows me to go to sleep peacefully and promptly. Haven’t gotten to the advanced level yet but I’m moving up in pieces and challenging puzzles. And my 5 & 6 yo granddaughters love solving their downloaded picture puzzles. They started with the easiest 12 pcs and now I have moved them up to 48.
