This is an app that allows you to download other apps that are for pay. There is no content in this.

*UPDATE*
I can't play the programs that I have paid for anymore. Once I get them back or reimburse my money then I will give 5 stars again. 

I really do feel happier and more relaxed with life. It's best to use this app with headphones so you can tune out background noise.

I feel very relaxed so this at this work I like it Victoria has a very calming voice. Background music is very engaging and calming. Only the "release stress and Anxiety" program is a free one but I don't want you will have to pay

The free version lets you hear only one track. I like it. The others are $4-99. To me that seems a bit high for someone just repeating positive words over and over again. But if that is what you want then the voice that I’ve heard is calming and positive+ like what a good mom would say to kid to get through life.
