I 100% recommend this app to anyone and everyone. The cute pets are a great source of motivation and make self care more fun. Not only do users with stress and anxiety benefit from this app, but anyone who wants a peaceful life and wants self growth benefits, too. I love the customization as well! Life can be tough and overwhelming, which is why I wholeheartedly recommend this app to everyone.
