### 4/5 — Pretty good, could be a little better

I like this program and the poses. My only thing that, I feel, could be improved is that they could have better diagrams for showing proper stance for a pose. Either multiple images or photographs. Or even better have a short video of a real person explaining the pose and showing how to properly do it (like they do with the "7 min workout". Thanks!
