### 4/5 — For Free Users

*2024-10-07, version 1.4.3*

For anyone wondering the app only offers two stretch routines for free. For all the others you’ll need the PRO membership. Hope this helps.

### 3/5 — Mostly good

*2024-07-23, version 1.4.3*

Friendly and easy to use. Lacks a good deal of arms and general upper body stretches.

### 4/5 — Cheapskates don’t get much

*2024-05-02, version 1.4.3*

The only thing i’d ask for is more options for free members. 2 or 3 more is all. I’d love to stretch in the morning and this is the best app I’ve found, but I can’t pay for it and I have 2 options for stretching.

### 4/5 — No Updates more then one year

*2024-04-25, version 1.4.3*

If you neither update the app nor add new exercises, why don't make one time payment for a reasonable price? Who would want to pay 5€ a month for an app that doesn't evolve?

### 4/5 — Pretty good. Not that great on Apple Watch.

*2023-05-16, version 1.4.3*

Nice simple interface. Clean illustrations. I like that I will be able to build a custom stretching routine altho I have not done it yet. It’s nice to play Spotify in the background into ear buds while using this app for stretching. It would be helpful if a voice gently announced the next stretch so you could just go into it without looking at the app, as an option. Problems with Apple Watch: Must choose and start the routine from connected iPhone which is annoying. Timer constantly freezes and stops showing the countdown even tho it’s tracking in the background so there is no duration feedback mid pose when looking at your wrist.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!

*2022-01-19, version 1.3.9*

I’ve been using this app for a few days now, and so far I am satisfied. I feel motivated whenever I get up in the morning and do this stretch. This helped me a lot with my lower back, and it helped me relax more. I really hope I get to use other stretch workouts from this app. Thank you so much for making this app!

### 5/5 — Simple and Applicable

*2022-01-16, version 1.3.9*

I love the app because the gain is remarkable while it requires little effort

### 5/5 — Not gonna lie. Definitely worth it

*2021-12-29, version 1.3.9*

No cap. Already feel better after first sesh. Solid

### 5/5 — Aplikacija je odlicna

*2021-10-12, version 1.3.6*

Mnogo je dobra aplikacija ,smrsala sam 4 kg

### 4/5 — Good app

*2021-08-04, version 1.2.1*

It’s a great app to get an introduction into stretching and yoga and has a fun progress levels that keep you motivated, I would like to see some more workouts like pre-run or lower leg deep stretch of upper body deep stretch

### 3/5 — More options

*2021-07-18, version 1.2.1*

When I first got into the app, it looked very promising. But I then realized that almost every stretch needed pro to do it. There is only 2 stretches that are free, so I think there should be more options for people with free. I get the point of getting pro to have more variety, but not everyone can pay for it. Other than that, I feel this app would be better with a little more options for free.

### 4/5 — Más ejercicios free

*2021-06-08, version 1.2.1*

Debió tener más ejercicios free

### 5/5 — Well Done Stretch Club Team

*2021-06-07, version 1.2.1*

Feel more energetic from the first time of uses the best thing to do is have a bit more stretching in the free plan to have the ability to take a view in everything

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-01-25, version 1.3.9*

Pretty well useless if you don’t have pro. Only 9 minutes of stretching free.

### 1/5 — Only 2 stretched and you have to pay for everything else

*2021-06-10, version 1.2.1*

I was excited because my friend recommended it to me. Went and downloaded it to only find 2 stretches that were only 4-5 minutes long and the rest I had to pay for

### 1/5 — A joke

*2021-03-24, version 1.2.1*

The app itself isn’t necessary bad it’s very simplistic and does what you want. But having the audacity to charge £5 a month for almost all the content it contains when it is so simplistic is honestly ridiculous. There’s much better apps out there that do the same job but for free so don’t fall into the trap:)

### 1/5 — Literally 2 free stretches...

*2021-02-19, version 1.2.1*

Was excited to try this until I downloaded the app and the only move it taught me was touch my toes. Any other more “advanced” stuff requires a $4.99 monthly subscription. Designed terribly too. Product Hunt recommended app I expect more...

### 1/5 — Not for free

*2021-02-17, version 1.1.9*

You got only two type of workout then u gotta pay !

### 2/5 — Overpriced

*2024-03-16, version 1.4.3*

This would be a great app but they are bent out on keeping a subscription model for an app that doesn’t even get updated with new content. You get 2 work outs for free which I like, but $5 a month for the other workouts, which are just a graphic image and timer? Please, there already billions of subscription apps, and this app would be more worth it if there was a one time fee. $60 annually for graphics and timers is not worth it, but I would do $60 for lifetime access.

### 2/5 — It would be better if this also counts calories with stretchings

*2022-07-24, version 1.4.3*

Calorie count

### 2/5 — Monthly fee should mean updates

*2021-12-31, version 1.3.9*

I am not sure why you have to pay monthly to use this app. It is never updated and is just a static collection of the same stretch routines. There is not ongoing work on it. I have enjoyed it for 6 months but don’t know why I have to keep paying. If they’d add some new features, like making the Apple Watch app functional on its own without the phone, then it would be worth paying for. I am going to cancel.

### 3/5 — Updates

*2026-05-16, version 1.4.3*

Alright - I've been using this app for a year now. There are no updates and nothing new. The same old stale routines with no increase in new stretches or ways to improve routines. Is this app just dead now???

### 3/5 — Good other than price

*2025-05-09, version 1.4.3*

Good other than price

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Stretching

*2026-03-08, version 1.4.3*

Great app

### 5/5 — Stretch club: stretching and yoga.

*2025-01-20, version 1.4.3*

I love this app for stretching and yoga it’s very relaxing.

### 5/5 — Best stretching app

*2024-08-04, version 1.4.3*

No exaggeration, the best stretching app out.Tried few others including the likes of bend which has a similar simplicity ui but SC is miles better, best in app routine’s ,cheapest on market (£4.49) and best ui fast flowing with no intrusive ads.I rarely leave reviews but this is an exception great app made by great people.

### 5/5 — Encourages

*2024-01-23, version 1.4.3*

As the app tracks your progress it encourages you every day to stretch. Even if it’s only the 5 minute warm up you want to keep that streak going and build the habit. Feel so good afterwards and pleased you took the time

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2023-06-24, version 1.4.3*

Helped me to be consistent. Lots of choices of routine.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-05-08*

Love using this app and love the routines it has. Only improvement I would possibly like to see, is a ‘recents’ section for the routines I regularly use as a slight boost in convenience. Very minor nitpick and overall my favorite app to use for guided stretching

### 5/5 — Appreciation message for this app

*2022-06-07, version 1.4*

This app has been helping me to help me sleep and work better on the daily basis. So i want to thank this app for providing this free app. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Pro

*2022-05-03, version 1.3.9*

Great app, would like to prescribe to the full app but cannot afford it now I am retired

### 5/5 — Review

The app is superb, makes one follow through easily, consistently and keeps one happy and fit👍😊

### 5/5 — Best stretching app
