## What is Stretch nightly, grow a buddy?

Still keeping up with your bedtime stretches?
Suitre! gently reminds you to do the exercise video you chose before bed, celebrates when you finish, and grows a buddy character or plant the longer you keep going.

■ How it works
1. Add a task: pick an exercise video and choose the time and days for your reminder
2. When the reminder arrives, tap Start and follow the video right in the app
3. Tap Done when you finish: confetti! Your buddy grows a little each time

■ Features
- Search YouTube for videos inside the app, or add one by pasting a URL
- Add multiple videos to one task and play them in order
- Reminders at the time and on the days you choose. If you haven't done it yet, one more reminder 30 minutes later (can be turned off)
- Notifications appear quietly, without sound or vibration
- Landscape videos rotate to play full screen
- Choose a dog, cat, dragon, pine tree or cherry tree to raise, and give it a name
- Grows through 8 stages as your streak continues (up to 2 months)
- Set 1-6 rest days per week so you can keep going without pressure
- Skip too many days and your buddy runs away or your plant withers, but recovery points let you reconnect your streak
- Weekly Check shows at a glance which days you did it
- Collection lets you look back on every stage you've raised

■ Your data
Your tasks and records are stored only on your device.
