This app can be your guide to for so many different goals- addressing chakra imbalances, opening meridians, or just gaining more mobility! I love that the class times and goals are adaptable, it is so much easier to make yoga a regular part of my routine. Denise brings a level of expertise, grounded nature, and humor to yoga that is hard to find.
