## What is Stretch Timer Plus?

Stretch Timer Plus is the easiest way to time your stretches.  Just choose the number of reps, stretch time and rest time, then press play and the app will take care of counting so you can relax and focus on stretching!

The app will let you know when to stretch or rest via a visual progress bar and a voice prompt that you can mute or change the sound.

* Extremely helpful for physical therapy stretching that includes many different combinations of reps and stretch time.

### 5/5 — Almost Perfect

This app is absolutely perfect, especially when compared to other stretching apps. It has audio prompts for stretching and resting, and allows you to set the number of repetitions and your cooldown time which I think are all necessary features. Only problem is that you can’t listen to music while using the app which is a bummer but this is still the best stretching app I’ve found to date.

This is a great app, and works just as I would want it to. EXCEPT, I can’t listen to podcasts or music while using it because every time there is a verbal prompt, it stops my podcast or music. Hope they fix this soon.

This app is great for timing physical therapy stretches without counting. I can relax into the stretches more when I’m not counting. Thanks!

After update, as previous users stated sound does not work unless you have phone ringer on. Also app used to keep screen from going to sleep. Now screen goes to sleep and stops the counter frequently, very inconvenient to have to stop stretching to unlock phone to resume counter
