How will this place stay in business if they don’t fix it? ### 1/5 — Not even made properly for a phone??? *2022-05-27, version 10.0.0* Once you log in, the material on the screen that it looks like it’s made for use on a computer not a phone. It’s convenient to see my appts (I booked my whole month in advance at the club so not sure if I’m going to run into the same booking issues as other reviews). I expected to see my flexibility percentage scores so I can view progress over time. Why would I want a goals/food logging/exercise logging app when there are much better ones out there? ### 1/5 — Love the experience..hate the app *2022-05-13, version 10.0.0* App errors out trying to book appointments on IOS. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app yet the issue continues. I noticed the last update to this app was 6 months ago. Perhaps it has not kept up with the latest iOS updates? Didn’t accept my password. So I tried to reset it and it still didn’t accept my credentials. It’s clearly broken. The stretching and the practitioners are great but not enough for me to have to call to make appointments. This app makes me not want to continue going. I have been to stretch zone close to 8 times so far, this app has successfully booked ZERO of them since it never ever works. Maybe hire an app developer with a GED minimum. ### 1/5 — Worst App EVER!!! *2023-04-18* For weeks now I have attempted to make my appointments using this app and I’m constantly getting a booking error message. I have deleted the app off my phone and changed my password. Now I can’t even log in. This is SUPER inconvenient and now I may not be able to book the time slot I need. It either doesn’t work, or isn’t very intuitive/ user friendly. Can view availability but can’t book appts. Can’t purchase credits, can see how many credits have been used. Calling location is hit or miss and sometimes have missed appt availability as left message but those times have filled up. Fix the app! ### 1/5 — Can’t book appointments *2022-11-15, version 10.0.0* Keeps saying I have no credits but I have lots paid for 3 sessions a week ### 1/5 — Beware -- deceptive sales process *2022-11-14, version 10.0.0* I went into the store and signed up for 12 sessions to try it out... what i didn't realize was that I was sold 36 sessions (12 a month over 3 months) with a maintenance fee as well. This was not explained during the sales presentation -- or i was not paying attention. I guess the joke was on me when my credit card was charged for 36. When I called to request a refund, the general manager said there was nothing he could do about it. Beware... the sales reps are very friendly but the burden is on you to read all the fine print. The company is not willing to refund ANYTHING. Now i have 34 sessions left to use after only going twice. Yikes!!!! Not happy at all. ### 1/5 — How about investing in an app *2022-10-26, version 10.0.0* Love the services and the place but how about someone in mangement take some money and develop a proper app. Can’t book appointments says “no credits” which is incorrect cause I can call directly to my location and book appointments without an issue. Don’t waste your time to download this app is utterly useless. Sad to this app doesn’t even rate one star. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2022-10-19, version 10.0.0* I just got a new Iphone and downloaded the app and now it doesn’t look anything like the original. The app now looks more like a back office app rather than a customer friendly user app. I can’t even book a session at all. I could do this before the phone change. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2022-10-13, version 10.0.0* Corporate really needs to put some time and money into fixing this app. It DOES NOT WORK. It doesn’t even login without an error message. It repeatedly tells me to reset my password and doesn’t send a link. Another option is to call the local Stretch Zone for assistance. When I called the business they were wonderful and apologized repeatedly for the app errors as they too are aware. The receptionist at the local studio attempted to help however I am still unable to login without an error message. So much time wasted. I would recommend save the storage on your phone and just schedule appointments directly with your studio. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2022-07-07, version 10.0.0* I’ve been a customer for 2 months and I still can’t make appointments thru the app because it does not recognize I’ve already purchased a package. It tries to charge me every time. I can now schedule my appointments without errors. Thank you for fixing the problem. I can see my upcoming appointments and my profile. Yet when I attempt to book appointments, I get an error message. It worked one time about a month ago, yet it has not worked since. I really like the stretch zone but because the app does not work you need to call or go in person to book. It makes scheduling very difficult. I reported the problem with the app but still no fix after a month. ### 3/5 — Love Stretch zone *2022-11-15, version 10.0.0* Love getting stretched. The app is pretty bad though. Often doesn’t work. However, the app could use improvement. I’m able to book sessions but if I don’t have enough credits, it asks if I would like to purchase them. When I confirm I’d like to purchase, you just get a blank screen. I have to remember to call the next day they are open to ask for credits to be purchased. I would say this is not good for business. Also, the reminders for appointments are endless, you get emails and texts when you book. You get emails and texts the day prior. You get emails and texts the day of the appointment. I honestly don’t need any of these, but definitely don’t need as many as I get. It gave me the opportunity to stop the texts last time I scheduled and I replied stop.
