### 1/5 — Not what it looks like.

*2024-09-09*

I don’t need to do the splits. It looked at the description photos and text and it sounded like this app would help with what I needed in my upper body so I purchased it. It asked about what I wanted to work on, then it gave me no options to work on what I needed. It went strait to splits. That should have been made aware in the description.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for any confusion regarding the app's features. I want to clarify that with the latest update, you can select "upper body" as an area to focus on, which will show you stretching exercises specifically targeting the upper body. Additionally, there are many other routines available in the ExploreView, allowing for a variety of focus areas beyond splits.

Please feel free to explore the app further, and if you need assistance finding the routines you're looking for, we're here to help!

### 2/5 — Incredibly frustrating app

*2024-06-08*

I like that you can mark your progress and such, but there are 0 seconds between stretches. There is no warning for if you need to have something (like an elevated place to put your foot while standing. There are no modifications provided so those of us with less flexibility can see how we should look. No descriptions of the stretches - so you better hope the sketched figure on screen is good enough.

I lose half my stretching time trying to figure out some stretches, or move to another room when I actually have an elevated surface to put my leg up on. You can’t pause to these things.

Great idea — terrible execution

**Developer response:** Hello thank you for your review. You can stop workout by using the pause button below the timer. Also, if u feel 30s is too short you can choose your set duration in settings.(45,60,etc) Hope this helps

### 4/5 — Great app but…

*2024-04-24*

As stated above this app is great but there are no intervals between poses so a couple of seconds are lost when switching positions. Also its is stated when the left side is used, but not the right causing some confusion.

### 4/5 — Mixed feelings

Cons
- The app does not allow any time for you to get in the next stretch it just goes from one stretch to another
- There is no warmup up so you go right into stretching

Pros
- It’s is free
- It gives you beneficial stretches
- No ads
- It tracks your progress
- You can choose the difficulty of your stretching

### 5/5 — Nice App

So far it’s pretty good.

### 5/5 — Don’t have to think

*2024-10-28, version 3*

Love that I can efficiently do a stretch routine without having to think or count, I just follow along. The picture of the person showing which muscles are being stretched is also very helpful

### 5/5 — Free & Straightforward Exercises

*2024-06-15, version 1.0*

No gimmicks, stretching exercises that work, with measurable outcomes you can track in app.
