I paid but it says purchase not available. Then my card gets charged later. Will need a refund again.

I purchased the Stretch 15 app through the App Store, but the app has not worked as expected. After completing my purchase, I received an error message stating:

“Purchase Incomplete. Your purchase was processed but we couldn’t activate your premium access. Please contact support.”

Because of this, I paid for the app but never received the premium access I purchased. I attempted to resolve this issue within the app developer via email， but the problem persisted and never received any response

I have been training for a half marathon and was feeling very stiff but since I have started to use the app, I am really seeing the difference! Really recommend to everyone as it only takes 15mins.
