Those of us who love fitness to maintain a healthy lifestyle often forget the importance of stretching. That’s why I searched for a truly complete app that would check every box — and here’s what stood out:
* Apple Watch — a proper standalone app that actually works, not a half-baked companion that freezes or fails to sync
* Apple Health — clean integration, no extra steps or workarounds needed
* Routines — well-structured and varied, covering everything from basics to more targeted work
* AI — the personalized routine generator is a rare touch most apps in this space don’t offer
* UX — polished, smooth, and modern; it doesn’t feel dated like so many other stretching apps out there
This is the only app that checks every single one of these boxes with a genuinely exquisite user experience and a structure that makes you actually take stretching seriously. You won’t find anything better on the App Store — and I can guarantee that, because I’ve been searching for years.

*UPDATE! THEY FIXED IT QUICKLY!*

When I click on the routine and I click on the info button then it shows it for a second then goes back to the Home Screen then I have to search for the routine and start over. But first it makes it get out of the routine then I have to find it again. But also then I can’t read it fast enough so I would have to record it to screenshot the directions. I think this is a bug that they should fix asap. Also, when I want to generate a routine, it says “Generation Failed. Please try again.”

Thanks for the detailed report, and sorry for the frustration! That’s definitely not the experience we want.

We identified and fixed the issue causing the routine screen to close and the “Generation Failed” error. The fix is included in version 1.2.8.

Please update the app and give it another try. If anything still doesn’t work as expected, let us know.
