Your body, your routine. StretchPrep is a stretching routine builder: compose exactly the session you need — zones, holds, order — and follow it with the guided player.

"My progress" — a new screen that shows what your body actually gets.

• A body map that fills in session after session: the zone you neglect stands out at a glance.
• Your minutes, your sessions, your best week, and the postures you have already explored.
• A weekly goal you can set, and that resets on its own.

You can now choose a stretch's side — left, right or both. The player announces it at the right moment, and the PDF export carries it over.
