## What is StretchTurtle?

StretchTurtle makes you do a real neck stretch before you can open Instagram, YouTube, games, or any app you pick.

[Who it's for]
• You're glued to your phone and your neck pays for it
• You want to fix text neck but willpower isn't enough
• You want to pause before doomscrolling

[How it works]
1. Pick the apps you want to lock (Instagram, YouTube, games...)
2. Try to open a locked app — a neck stretch mission appears
3. Your camera checks your posture — finish the stretch, the app opens
4. Every 15 to 60 minutes of use, you stretch again

[5 stretching routines]
• Left-right swing
• Up-down nod
• Full rotation
• Quick shake
• Deep stretch

[No skip button]
There's no "skip" — you actually have to stretch. That's the whole point of StretchTurtle.

Your camera runs entirely on-device (MediaPipe). No images or video ever leave your phone.
