Stride AI is an AI-powered weight loss coach that helps users track calories, plan meals, monitor activity, and build healthy habits. It uses AI to identify food, create personalized meal plans, and integrate with health apps for seamless data tracking.
Key features include AI calorie tracking via photo or search, personalized 7-day AI meal plans, integration with Apple Health and Google Fit for automatic health data tracking (steps, sleep, weight, etc.), weight and progress monitoring with analytics, and daily challenges with rewards.
Stride AI is free to download and use, offering in-app purchases. While the core functionality is available for free, users can make purchases within the app, likely for premium features or rewards.
By connecting with Apple Health or Google Fit, Stride AI can automatically track steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep, weight, and calories burned. This data is then seamlessly integrated into the app for comprehensive progress monitoring.
