Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end. To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and our Contact Us information. I’m a member of your CU, dissatisfied and unimpressed. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever 2 *2025-07-25, version 17.29.5* Had to go to the credit union to get my login passcode thing fixed. Why I didn’t login in the last two weeks? Oh my. We’ve locked you out. You have to look at your stuff every two weeks or we lock you out. And then I had to call them the next day because I couldn’t get in on my tablet. Invalid credentials. Using the same login ID and passcode I used yesterday while in the credit union. Why is the passcode on my mobile device two digits different than the passcode on my tablet device? We don’t know.
