I’m a member of your CU, dissatisfied and unimpressed. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever 2 *2025-07-25, version 17.29.5* Had to go to the credit union to get my login passcode thing fixed. Why I didn’t login in the last two weeks? Oh my. We’ve locked you out. You have to look at your stuff every two weeks or we lock you out. And then I had to call them the next day because I couldn’t get in on my tablet. Invalid credentials. Using the same login ID and passcode I used yesterday while in the credit union. Why is the passcode on my mobile device two digits different than the passcode on my tablet device? We don’t know. Every time I can’t log in with my fingerprint, which happens regularly, I can’t log in with my password and have to phone the bank to have it changed. It’s been happening for years and they don’t care about it and make it sound like it’s my fault. Judging by the reviews it isn’t just me and they don’t care at all about fixing it.
