Impossible de contacter facilement le service client directement via l’application, ce qui complique encore plus la situation. J’espère obtenir un remboursement rapidement, mais pour le moment je ne recommande pas. ### 1/5 — arnaque *2025-10-06* « gratuit » apparemment puisqu’il faut un certain montant de caution, j’ai donc rentrer mes coordonnées bancaires et me suis faite débiter plusieurs fois depuis mon inscription, on m’a donc volé mes coordonnées depuis !!! Du pur génie, je manquais de batterie pour rentrer chez moi à vélo électrique, de ce fait j’ai fais charger mon téléphone grâce à Stride. Après avoir consulté la carte, c’est dommage, il n’y a pas beaucoup de borne stride mais c’est vraiment un concept à développer, c’est super utile et ça sauve la vie. Je rends ma batterie 2-3h après l’avoir emprunté donc dans les délais et ça ne le compte pas donc jlai du payer 35€ de frais ce qui est assez bizarre ### 3/5 — Pratique mais peut mieux faire *2024-11-13* Cette application est très pratique pour repérer et commander une batterie. Je l’utilise principalement lors de mes séances au cinéma. Cependant je tombe régulièrement sur des batteries avec les fils ou dans de très mauvais états. Une petite amélioration permettant de notifier quand la batterie est abîmée. Permettrait de faire remonter cela à la société rapidement pour le remplacement.
