Know your shoes - Connect to Apple Health and Stride automatically tracks the mileage on each pair of shoes - broken down by runs, walks, or both. Just tell Stride when you laced them up for the first time, and it handles the rest.

Plan your route - Tap anywhere on the map to plot your next adventure. Stride connects your waypoints and calculates the total distance, so you always know what you're signing up for before you head out the door.

Run your numbers - Got a race goal? Use the pace calculator to solve for time, pace, or distance - enter any two and Stride figures out the third.
Train with intention. Run with confidence.

Better workout filtering - Have you ever tried to find a previous running or walking workout run to remember your route when you want to hit a specific distance? With Stride, you can filter previous running and walking workouts by date and/or distance to find that specific one you were looking for.
