I’ve used this for years now and haven’t had any issues. Once devices are setup from the portal via PC or Mac connecting to my devices from my phone has been near flawless.

Is there a way you can change your app so Apple phones can customize the alarm sound?

It would be nice to have the option to have a specific notification sound for this app, especially for emergency response alarms during the night.
