Weight also doesnt synch you need to enter manually. Bad app compared to competitors ### 2/5 — Potential but Technical Bugs *2025-07-20* The app has great structure and has a lot of potential for use but as a client, I'm not able to save and close my responses to send to my trainer. I don't know if it's an error with the app as I run into the same issue using the Safari version of the application. ### 1/5 — Don’t sign up to this *2025-01-03, version 2.6.5* I signed up to the free trial as I was shopping around for a new app to train my clients. I decided to go with a different app and tried getting in contact with the Stridist team to cancel before the trial period ended. Multiple emails and messages later and nobody got back to me. I was charged for the first month (as there isn’t an option to cancel on the app) and again tried to get in contact to get a refund and a confirmation that I won’t be charged any further. Still didn’t hear from anyone and I’m currently speaking to my bank to get my money back. ### 5/5 — Great app *2024-11-26, version 2.6.1* New update is quick as a flash ### 1/5 — Horrific… trying to destroy my business *2024-07-02, version 2.4.0* After a year of waiting for updates that never arrived, I asked for a snapshot of my account so I could transfer and move over to another platform. They have withheld all my customers data, my websites, automations and refused to send me a snapshot so I can transfer over. This company initially unintentionally slowed my business down with their glitchy, slow software that I had nothing but complaints from clients about Now, when trying to leave, they are intentionally trying to withhold my customer data, and my whole business. ### 1/5 — Great coach, awful app *2023-07-28, version 2.3.2* The coach I work with via this app is awesome The app is awful - cannot go back and review notes left at the end of each workout - cannot export data to spreadsheet or simply to back up - does not sync with apple health ### 1/5 — Very poor *2023-04-07, version 2.3.1* As a coach I can tell you it’s a nightmare. Customer service is non existent. You will 100% have days where you won’t know if you’ll be able to run your business. Some clients data got wiped after inputting. ### 5/5 — Best fitness app I’ve used *2023-01-12, version 2.2.4* I’ve used a number of PT’s over the years at various gyms and they’ve always recommended the usual well known fitness tracker apps, which I always found very generic and impersonal. This is where Stridist trumps those other apps! I feel like the app has been specifically designed for me and my fitness goals! The added features allow my PT to set workouts and exercises specific to my goals, send motivational messages and create/update training schedule. It’s like having my PT available 24/7! Regular software updates which are always improving the app and adding features. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-01-12, version 2.2.4* Incredibly slow, constantly crashes, clients and I have frequent login issues and uploaded items go missing on here.
